Quick answers
Do I need a Google account for Google Drive?
Yes. Google Drive access uses your own Google account and only works after you authorize LizMusic to read the folder you choose.
Do I need a Dropbox account?
Yes. Dropbox playback uses your own Dropbox account and files. LizMusic does not provide shared Dropbox storage or hosted music.
Does LizMusic include a WebDAV server?
No. LizMusic is a player client. You bring your own WebDAV-compatible server, NAS, or hosted storage.
Do I need a Microsoft account for OneDrive?
Yes. OneDrive access uses your own Microsoft account and follows Microsoft's authorization flow.
Can I use local files only?
Yes. LizMusic supports local playback without WebDAV or OneDrive if your music already lives on the device.
Where should I go if playback fails?
Start with the WebDAV or OneDrive help page, then contact us with screenshots and the failing storage type if the issue remains.
Need detailed support?
If the guides do not solve your issue, send us the storage type, the action you were taking, and what you expected to happen. We can usually help much faster when you include the exact error message or a screenshot.
