WebDAV Basics

What is WebDAV?

WebDAV is a file-access protocol that lets an app connect to a remote folder over the web. People use it with NAS devices, self-hosted servers, and private cloud storage when they want control over their own files.

Personal files only

LizMusic is designed for personal audio files you own, created, recorded, or have permission to use. It does not provide music, karaoke tracks, backing tracks, shared libraries, download links, or copyright bypass tools.

Remote folders

Access files from a server without copying every file to your phone first.

NAS and self-hosting

Many NAS and private-cloud tools can expose a WebDAV endpoint.

Android playback

A compatible player can browse and play lawful audio files stored on WebDAV.
